This exciting global leading financial Company is currently on the hunt for a Technical Writer to plan, develop and assist in creating documentation for their customers. This specialist will have the ability to create technical documentation and report into a technical lead, understanding the IT industry and ideally exposure within the financial area.
- This Technical Writer will be responsible to assist with creating documentation
- Working autonomously, working closely with technical team and product team internally.
- Working with the clients internal product and technical staff to create technical documentation - documenting technical detail.
- Systematically document and disseminate instruction manuals and other supporting documents to communicate complex technical information to business users
- Create product manual from technical information
- Proven experience working in a technical writing position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Review existing documentation, templates etc but assist us in making this documentation user friendly for these three banks.
- Creating documentation in presentable way, Effectively collaborate, hit the ground running with minimal support
- Have the skills to understand how API works, detail of the API, flow of the system works, easier consumable work, how does the security work, how does the underpinning of the architecture work
- Finance exposure is a plus, no need to have speciifc blockchain exposure
