Role: IT Technician/Executive
Location: Bracknell
Contract: 6 months
Rate: £200 - £250p/d outside
Skills and experience will include:
- Microsoft AD
- Microsoft Office 365
- Windows 7 and 10
- Microsoft Group Policy
- Microsoft SCCM
- Cisco Unified Communications
- Cisco Networking (Routers or/and WIFI)
- Azure/AWS
- Providing support and delivery of company-approved applications and services, including
- Office 365 Administration, Office , MS Office including Outlook and Skype and
- Microsoft System Centre Configuration as well as experience of Antivirus services.
- Actively support the LAN, WLANs, Active Directory Group Policy Administration, Windows
- Server 2012, with knowledge of Linux/Unix Redhat beneficial.
- Experience of Telephony systems, in particular, Cisco CUCM, Cisco Call Centre
- Capable of solving problems issues with peripheral hardware ie printers, scanners, etc.
- Provide user training and guidance where appropriate
Some of what you'll need:
- 1+ years in a technical support capacity and a College Degree in the field of computer science, information sciences, or related field.
- Technical operational knowledge of common Windows Technology End User Computing standards and delivery methods, including Windows 7/10 and Office products including Outlook and Skype
- Experience in hardware implementation and setup
- Data transferring and migration
- Must have license and drive
