My client is urgently seeking a Test Coordinator for a 6 months contract role in brussels
Below you will find a list of requirements related to this position.
As our IT Test Coordinator you will:
Work across multiple cross-functional teams & take the lead during all test activities (SIT,BAT, functional, non-functional) for a portfolio of projects;
Create the Master Test Plan and seek approval from all involved stakeholders;
Estimate the budget and planning taking into account the constraints;
Determine test priorities in line with the IT and business requirements;
Guide and monitor the analysis, the design and execution of the test cases;
Lead the test process in order to come to an acceptable test coverage;
Ensure the availability of the representative business test data;
Report on the progress and results of the various tests;
Lead the go-no-go-decisions based on results in close collaboration with the involved parties;
Set-up and document the test projects in our test management tools;
Coach and train testers (both business and IT) where required.
As a prerequisite to becoming Test Coordinator you:
- hold at least a master degree preferably in IT, engineering or economics;
- have at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the IT testing domain;
- are business proficient in English and native/fluent either in Dutch or French;
- have hands-on experience in one or more in Test Management and Automation tools;
- are a strong communicator both orally and written;
- have a excellent ability to work with people, you can federate team members and negotiate towards a solution;
- excellent analytical skills and a pragmatic & client-centric mindset;
- willing to work from Brussels with frequent visits to our site in East Belgium.
