IT Trainer X 2 - CRM - Northampton - 6-12 months
Due to a major CRM implementation my client is looking to recruit two IT Trainers on a contract basis based in the Northampton area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for learning the new system, writing training material and delivering training on the system across around 900 users.
Responsibilities:
- Course creation and producing all associated training materials.
- Experience of creating eLearning and have extensive knowledge of authoring tools and Learning Management Systems.
- Experience of creating Webinar training sessions would also be an advantage.
There may be a requirement to travel further down the line with this contract although this will not be long term.
