Training Lead
Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a IT Training Lead consultant for a 6 months contract.
A Senior Consultant with full knowledge of Change Management processes.
Ideal consultant should be in country (Denmark) at present and able to work onsite in Denmark,Soberg -The client will allow some remote working. So Ideally someone that will be based in Denmark for the project duration.
This is an English speaking role. Danish Language skills would be beneficial.
Experience as Training lead 3 years as a minimum. Change Management expertise.
Extensive agile experience - knowledge of the SAFe framework.
Several years of coaching experience
Excellent stakeholder management skills - both on team and management level
Medical industry or Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage - experience from other large, global organisations will do...
Fluent in English reading and writing
Team player
Excellent virtual collaboration skills
100% allocation in Denmark
Location: Onsite Søborg and Remote (combined and in agreement with Hiring Manager)

Mandatory Skills: A Senior Consultant with full knowledge of Change management. IT Training skills and be able to produce training manuals and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Matrix teams (Medical. Legal, Marketing, Sales. Compliance, Operations)
- Intermediate knowledge of adult learning principles and learning design
- Training experience required
- Strong Communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and proven project management experience
- Effective facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize, manage and execute on multiple projects simultaneously
