Description
Required Skills/Experience:
- Relevant experience with Telecom Operations
- Experience with ITIL/ITSM practices
- Experience with defining and managing Operational KPI's in the Telecom domain
- Experience with leading Service Manager Teams
- Experience in Service Assurance
- Experience with operational intakes
- Experience with Managed Service Partners management
- Budget Management and on-site off-site team management
- French/Dutch languages are considered as a big plus
The profile will be part of a program, dealing with a major telco transformation and will manage the ITSM stream delivery
