Description
ITIL Service Desk Service Delivery required on a contract basis for a London based financial services organisation.
You must have prior experience setting up a ITIL Framework for tickets, request and change control and producing helpdesk statistics on a daily basis.
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience within a service desk environment.
* Experience with setting new processes.
* Extensive experience of the Financial Services.
* The ability to provide 1st line support as needed on the helpdesk
* Experience of working within an ITIL environment
