- The definition, implementation and audit of Quality standards within a large International organization.
- Experience in the definition and implementation of continuous service improvement plans.
- Timely delivery to the quality and budget expected.
Profile
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum IT experience of 8 years.
- ITIL V3 certification.
- Government security cleared - level EU Secret.
- 6 years' experience implementing ITIL methodology to Service Centre projects.
- 4 years' experience applying PMI (or equivalent) methodology to large projects.
- 2 years' experience applying CMMI Procedures and Methodology.
- Good presentation skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills as part of a team or teams.
- Knowledge of the EU and the European Institutions.
- English or French C1 (very good).
- Alternative of English or French B2 (good).
- Other European languages are an asset.
