ITSM Report Designer needed for very large programme of work that will change the way of working in this organisation. You will ensure service delivery adheres to the appropriate standards.
Essential:
Understanding of Service Operation principles
Understanding of ITIL processes
Experience in design and employment of ITSM tools and processes
Good experience of reporting and analytics
Ability to interact with client stakeholders at all levels
Strong communication skills
ITIL Certification
This is a potentially long term contract.
