Job Description:
• Provide a flexible suite of IT consultancy services to internal business stakeholders.
• Oversee the design, installation and maintenance of the server, network, data storage, workplaces, and disaster recovery elements of current and new IT infrastructures.
• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce all systems, policies and procedures implemented by the company to ensure that c IT department is meeting company standards.
• Lead local IT Infrastructure projects and partner with regional team in implementing Regional/global projects within country,
• Represent local perspective in regional/global IT projects and initiatives.
• Plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and networks.
• Manage the employee IT Onboarding/offboarding (accesses, hardware, etc), IT Inventory and stock management (computers, accessories, pool equipment)
• Follow-up of open tickets to our external IT provider and escalation if necessary.
• Create and update our IT documentation
