Description
Knowledge Management consultant is required by our client, a large oil and gas company based in the Haague. You will need to be an experienced KM, ideally with Oil and Gas experience or similar industry. You will need to have experience in creating a document on how to do KM, from scratch, within a similar organisation. You will be required to write this "Playbook" which will describe the context of KM, the aims of knowledge management, relationship to corporate strategy outcomes and measures of performance. The Playbook will be used for Processes, Management Processes and Management of Management Processes. Additionally it should provide Information to support on-going processes and guide on Organisation Structure, Roles and Responsibilities. Additionally knowledge of the technologies that can be used, especially sharepoint, would be an advantage. Strong communication skills and documentation skills are a essential, as are leadership skills.
