Korean fluent IT Support AnalystWe are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a Korean fluent IT Support Analyst to join their business in greater London area.
Position Title: Korean fluent IT Support Analyst
Position Type: Fixed Term Contract (11 months)

Requirements
- Provide 1st and 2nd line local support
- Build and support PCS including software
- Windows Server housekeeping and maintenance
- Manage VLANS on local switches
- Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete of IT equipment
- Taking responsibility for the Comms Room and equipment
- Customer liaison to determine their IT requirements
Qualifications
- Fluent Korean and English language ability
- 2+ years of PC and IT support experience, as an administrator or engineer
- 2+ years of infrastructure support experience in servers, VLANS, etc
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good team-working attitude
- Can work under pressure in a multicultural environment
