- Lead the development of complex cross-functional and cross-departmental end-to-end processes.
- Product launches, process improvement initiatives (customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, simplification) and technical projects.
- Lead and coordinate the process part in projects from preparation (scope, planning, goal, resources) to implementation.
