#About the Role
PetBucket is looking for a B2B Manager to lead the global business-to-business program, including driving new sales, overseeing client management, and building strategic partnerships. In this role, you’ll report to the Growth Manager, and be responsible for B2B marketing, sales, implementation, and results.
This role is both creative and analytical and requires a versatile thinker who has the ability to balance strategy with execution. We’re looking for a high-impact team player who is excited to work across functions and interact with clients and vendors to implement a B2B growth strategy.
#Your Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing
- Develop effective strategies to attract new wholesale/dropship customers and increase sales
- Manage all stages of the sales process from identification of key opportunities, to research, qualify, and closure
- Track progress against all KPIs, including close rate, time to close, orders, and revenue
- Recommend sales processes and lead implementation to lay the team’s sales and pipeline management infrastructure for long-term success
Client success
- Maintain relationship with all current and future wholesale/dropship partnerships
- Generate ongoing sales of existing customers
- Ensure a best-in-class customer experience for our partners
Operational excellence
- Partner with Tech team to maintain and optimize the wholesale website
- Develop comprehensive communication strategies to maximize partner engagement and drive satisfaction
- Obtain and allocate the best resources to achieve strategic and operational goals
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a B2B marketing or sales role
- Proven track record of developing, executing, and scaling high impact, multi-channel go-to-market efforts for B2B solutions
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce and digital marketing
- A world-class communicator (both written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work cross-functionally between departments and external providers
- Strong understanding of analytics

Competitive salary based on experience + generous commission on sales generated. We also provide paid annual leave and the flexibility to take additional unpaid leave.
