Role - M365 Technical AdministratorLocation - Frankfurt, Germany - Remote
Project Duration - 6 to 12 Months
Expectation and Tasks "3rd party resources to support IT Infrastructure operations (e.g. 1st, 2nd, 3rd level IT support, Server and Landscape and Data center operations) which maintain client's ongoing business operation / business continuity.
Hardware and software maintenance (break/fix, upgrades, etc.) is NOT included!
Infrastructure specific Services: Network and Telecommunication Specialists, Storage, Server, SAP Basis –Operation Specialists, Client Technology Field Support, IT Helpdesk, IT Security.
Required skills:
• Profound GoLang development experience
• Familiarity with at least one cloud solution such as Amazon, Azure, Google
• Experience with containers and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes or others)
• Bash-scripting skills, profound skills in at least one programming language, and willingness to learn new languages
• Practical experience with observability, monitoring, logging systems (eg. Prometheus, ELK, Loki)
• Mastery of Git
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drill down to the code level Deliverables- Problem Management Deliverables-

Potential area to search for candidates: ·
Someone who is/was an administrator for internet connected servers like webserver, mail etc., (e.g. admins handling the full stack from OS-webserver-database-application and maybe network). Ideally some web-development experience in web projects, or support web-developers with trouble-shooting or securing their applications Skills-
Be able to troubleshoot things and to self-educate
• Understanding, with real life experience, of the following internet related fundamentals
o TCP/IP, routing, subnets, IPv4/IPv6
o DNS (what it does, how to verify DNS client function)
o Protocols HTTP, SMTP, FTP (what it is, how it works (basics), where it is made for)
o XML/JSON (what it is used for)
o Azure blob storage
o Azure AD
o Azure eDiscovery
• Understanding with real life experience, how to secure the fundamentals above o Encryption (item/transport, e.g. smime, RMS, TLS) o Firewalls/Portfilter (how it works in general, why it's needed, what it cannot do) o X509 certificates
• Basic understanding about OAuth (optional, otherwise short workshop)
• Ability to work with and write PowerShell scripts
• Helpful: experience in configuration and operation of webservers, database servers Soft skills.
• Self-starter. Can work independently, and also as part of a team.
• Can self-educate, investigate / troubleshoot, and bring back solutions.
• Ability to re-produce and analyse issues, with test data, prepare Microsoft cases & escalations, working with Microsoft support, review Microsoft solutions.
• Not afraid to ask for help or support when required, but absolutely making sure the above is covered first.
