Senovo IT is urgently looking for a SAP HR Consultant for a long term project at Spain - Madrid - Araba.

SPANISH AND ENGLISH - MANDATORY

Associate will be on boarded in Madrid on 05 Aug 2019 by a consultancy company.
Associate will have to be at Customer Location in Araba for 17 weeks.
Associate will be back in Madrid for Steady State post 17 weeks at Customer location.

Must have hands on experience on Spanish Payroll - Schemas, PCRs, wage type creation, basic pay configuration, etc.
Proficient in Time Management and with time Schema's and sub Schema's along with its integrations.
Employment tax (IRPF) and its infotypes, Social Insuranc processing, Tech wage types and infotypes, Calculation of Social Insurance tax and contribution amounts, Total seniority amount/Partial seniority amounts
Analysis of time schema and quota schema to identify root cause and solution of pay & time discrepancies
Resolve complex defects related to Overtime processing schema rules, Work schedules configuration and holidays calendar configurations
Have in depth expertise with Wage type generation rules, Shift differential experience
Participates in SAP HR projects as an integral part of a cross-functional team to support the delivery of HR Services.
Extensive and proven SAP HCM & Payroll configuration skills with Knowledge of PY life cycle. ?
Posting process, tax reported and year-end process,Third party remittances.
Ensuring post payroll activities (payments file to bank, print & distribute pay slips, etc.)
Preparing timely Monthly/yearly/quarterly reports and declarations according to the local legal requirements?
Troubleshoot and resolve HCM & Payroll problems/failures for both external and internal customers and updating ticket logging systems in a timely and accurate manner.
knowledge of ABAP Programmer? will be added advantage
Knowledge with 3rd Party tools, Middleware systems, EC will be added advantage.

Qualifications:
8 to 12 years of total experience out of which at least 5+ years of SAP HR SWE Experience.
Should have 1 end to end Implementation and 2 support project experience
Should be able to handle HR SWE independently and will be working with the client directly
SAP Certification is an added advantage
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
Good Attitude and good client interaction skills

Nice to have:
Should have experience in working with Interfaces to SAP
Knowledge of debugging batch job monitoring and Idoc processing.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate
The candidate should be ready to work in flexible timings
A natural communicator with the ability to keep the right people
Strong knowledge and understanding of IT Service Provider organizations is helpful
Ability to function independently and effectively in a self-directed environment
Highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic, and demonstrated teamwork skills.
