Description
We are looking for a Mailings manager who is responsible for the planning and delivery of mandatory mailings
The candidate will need hands on experience of the end to end delivery of regulatory mailings/Direct Mail.
This includes;
Working with key project stakeholders to plan and define a mailing strategy.
Working with the data workstream to define data requirements for all mailings. This includes defining the selection criteria, data layout and identifying appropriate data source.
Managing creative agencies and copy writers
Briefing printers and managing the print production process through to delivery
Management of QC processes and risks and issues that impact successful delivery
Mailing performance analysis
Desirable Skills and experience
- The candidate must be a strategic thinking with strong analytical skills.
- They will need to understand complex mailing data and have experience of working on data/IT led projects.
- The candidate will need to work and build strong relationships with other project stakeholders.
- Experience of working in Financial Services and within a project environment is also preferable.
- Previous experience of managing and delivering regulatory direct mail campaigns, and managing external print providers/creative agencies is required.
