Mainframe Developer - Cobol/DB2
My client requires an outstanding Mainframe Cobol developer to embark on an initial 3 month contract.
As the Mainframe developer, you will have the following of Skills:
Cobol
DB2
CICS
JCL
MQ Series
SQL, Job Scheduling
Knowledge of version control - preferably Changeman
As the Mainframe/Cobol developer, you will execute the following:
Perform analysis of issues/change requests raised by business team
Prepare technical design for the requests
Prepare good documentation of solution, testing scenario
Perform all development activities for implementing the solution
Perform unit testing, integration testing and document the test results
Prepare road map for technical implementation
Personal competencies:
Quick learner
Strong problem solving ability
Good knowledge of Dutch, should understand French
