Location: Loughborough
Salary: £10.00 - £14.00 per hour plus 20% shift uplift
Rotating Shifts (3 shift System)
6 Month Contract

The Role -
As Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance checks on manufacturing machinery within an FMCG environment. You will be involved in diagnosing control system and electrical problems on plant and equipment and ensuring these problems are addressed in a safe and efficient manner. An important aspect of the Maintenance Engineers role will be providing data and reports for the maintenance records, and producing asset care schedules as required. The Maintenance Engineer may also be involved in Continuous Improvement activities on the site.
The Candidate -
An experienced Maintenance professional, you should have experience of maintaining and servicing machinery in an FMCG environment. With knowledge of electrical maintenance, you should be able to diagnose control system and electrical problem on PLC systems and across the plant. As an effective communicator, you should be able to work with a wide range of people, to effectively diagnose and repair equipment, and advise staff when repairs are taking place.
Technical Summary: Maintenance, Repair, FMCG, PLC and Fault finding.
