Real Staffing are recruiting on behalf of an NHS Trust in London which urgently requires an interim Management Accountant to start ASAP.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Management Accountant who is looking to build on recent NHS experience during a key period of the financial calendar.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Divisional Finance Manager
- Budget setting and forecasting
- Variance analysis
- Co-ordinating the month-end closedown process
- Supporting the year-end closedown process
- Liaising with budget holders and resolving queries
- CIP monitoring, tracking and reporting
- Financial support for business cases
- Ad-hoc duties where required
Essential skills and experience:
- Management Accountant (band 5/6)
- NHS Acute or Foundation Trust
- Oracle system
Rate is negotiable and will be determined based on the quality and experience of the successful applicant.
