Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab sofort einen Management Consultant (m/w/d) mit erfahrung mit CLM Tools von Icertis für die voraussichtliche Dauer bis . Der Einsatz erfolgt in Vollzeit und findet größtenteils remote statt. 2-3 Wochen sind vor Ort in München geplant.Project description:
Introduction of a Contract Lifecycle Management Tool (Icertis) for all customer units in order to manage their contracts across the entire contract lifecycle in one solution. CLM supports the whole process of a contract
> Definition and management of templates for legal contracts per contract type and category.
> Drafting of the legal contract and afterwards negotiation with the contract partner (vendor, business partner).
> Circulation of the contract for approval according to predefined approval process and finally digital signature by DocuSign.
> Storage of the legal contract with relevant documents and dispatching to SAP (operational process) and nscale (archive).
> Management of contract obligations and deliverables. Overall reporting of contract utilization performance.
> Adjustment and amendment process for change of contract. Conduction of the contract phase out and archiving.
Projektstand:
MVP (minimum viable product) weit fortgeschritten; MVP-UAT für ausgewählte Test-Gesellschaften & Vertragstypen gestartet; erste wichtige Schnittstellen fertig – MVP go live Planung 23.4.2024
Aufgaben:
- Beratung für die weitere Planung der Implementierung einer Contract Lifecycle Management Lösung
- Durchführung von Interviews mit Rollout Kandidaten (Business Units)
- Erstellung eines Rollout Planes für 2024 & 2025
- Erarbeitung eines Vorgehensmodells für das Onboarding von Rollout Units
- Abschätzung von Unterstützungsbedarfen weiterer Implementierungspartner
- Erstellung von Aufwandschätzungen
- Erstellung einer Ressourcenplanung
Anforderungen (MUST):
- CLM (Icertis): 9, 2-4 Jahre
- IT Projektmanagement: 8, 6+ Jahre
- Englisch: 7, 6+ Jahre
