High profile UK start up business within the technology sector are looking to recruit a talented Management & Production Accountant to assist them during a period of change.
Reporting to the Finance Director responsibilities will include:
Developing and managing all production budgets and forecasts.
- Working with the systems integration team to ensure adequate timely information feeds to allow operational and financial planning.
- Develop an effective volume driven financial forecasting process
- Review the contracts of all major suppliers to ensure economic ordering and stock holding are balanced effectively against operational requirements.
- Work with the contract leads to establish an effective purchase order process to protect businesses contractual position and ensure that invoices are processed correctly
Candidates will be:
- Fully qualified
- Production planning, inventory control and supply chain background
- Have significant experience of production accounting and supporting procurement/contract managers with financial analysis.
- Experience of implementing effective financial control processes
