Description
In this position the candidate will be responsible for the definition, management, and activation of product andexperiences to ensure channel KPIs and business plan targets are achieved.
The candidate will be accountable for the online Customer Experience for dedicated RRP products / product lines
with main responsibilities to create, design and develop the online launch strategy / approach, define
the online Customer experience and journeys as well as documenting and communicate.
The candidate will:
• Develop detailed business requirements including strategic coordination of cross-channel
stakeholders – Commercial, Brand, Product Marketing, Consumer Programs, Legal etc.
• Define online Customer Experience guidelines and principles
• Analyze data, customer feedbacks & benchmark best practices to define outstanding PMI
website customer experiences
• Provide briefing to creative agencies or internal UX/UI resources and ensure designed solutions
meet business requirements
• Follow the initiatives implementation from design to deployment in the pilot markets
• Build & Communicate documentation to Headquarters & Markets stakeholders providing an
exhaustive overview of each project & associated performance results
• Support markets localization by providing solid eCommerce expertise and by ensuring a
consistent customer experience
We’re looking for someone with:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in related field
• At least 5 years in eCommerce/digital ideally managing product portfolios in a multi-category
environment.

• Business oriented mindset with experience in CX definition
• Solid communication skills with various stakeholders (category management level)
• Great understanding of acquisition & retention programs/mechanism
• Experience of driving UX & Design stakeholders
• Experience of working with Web development teams
• Detailed understanding of web development project phases
• Solid Project Management skills
• Familiar with Analytics & behavioral analysis tools
