Manager of Statistical Programming - NC, KS[SAS, CDISC, SDTM, ADaM, Manager, Manager of Statistical Programming, Statistical Programmer, SAS Programmer]
A large and reputable CRO with locations in Kansas and the RTP area of North Carolina, seeks a Manager of Statistical Programming! This role is predominantly hands off, and includes mentoring and training clinical programmers across multiple teams.
Other opportunities this role will be exposed to include:
- Approximately 20 direct reports
- Resource allocation
- Budgeting
- Time line coordination
- Phase I - IV
All potential candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Past management experience with direct reports
- Great communication skills
- Masters is preferred
- CDISC/ SDTM ADaM knowledge
