Profile requirements
Experienced project manager
Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
Strong interest in business/functional processes
Broad background in IT is recommended: infrastructure, database and/or application area
Any experience with serialization projects is a plus
Language proficiencies
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Dutch is strongly preferred
Organization and Project Description:
The Site IT organization is a team of 7 people, responsible for the daily support of IT systems supporting the plant, as well as coordination of local and global projects.
One of the strategic initiatives is the serialization project, which will deliver the capabilities to uniquely identify packs with a serial number. This project has a significant IT component which requires close follow-up and coordination to meet the challenging timelines.
We are looking for an IT project manager to lead the IT workstream for this initiative, in close collaboration with business partners, suppliers and IT service providers.
Primary Tasks and responsibilities
Provide end-to-end project management to the IT workstream of the project (budget, planning, resources, scope)
Report on project progress, risks and challenges towards overall project manager and site IT manager
Provide project mgmt. guidance and assistance for other IT projects, led by other team members
