MARKETING MANAGER - ONLINE TRAVEL - LONDON

My client, a high profile global online travel company, is urgently seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team in London.

Duration: 3 months+

General Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive top line sales within targeted ROI.
  • Own and manage all aspects of development, implementation, and evaluation of Marketing communications, strategy, and plans.
  • Own and actively manage the online acquisition channel mix elements to ensure best overall return.
  • Own and manage all aspects of the creative development process to deliver best in class communications.
  • Be the voice of the customer internally ensuring that the website(s) are delivering on our commitment to customer focus, and lobby for change where necessary.
  • Oversee on-site merchandising programs.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate quarterly marketing plans.
  • Represent the company at key industry conferences and maintain regular contact with key elements of the Press.
  • Execute online marketing and co-marketing campaigns with a primary focus on user and content acquisition.
  • Implement online PR, product, and branding promotions to build brand awareness.
  • Manage media relations and events.
  • Responsible for the design and production for relevant point of sale.
  • Develop and implement appropriate ROI tracking methods; and analyse and report on daily and weekly campaign performance.
  • Work with engineering and marketing teams to identify project areas, and process enhancements to drive overall program improvements.
