New contract opportunity: Marketing Manager (P2P & App) - Payments: 11 months initial: Payments: South West London - £400-£450 p/dA Top Tier Payments Company is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team to help win peer to peer payments in the UK. The role will work cross-functionally with the Product, Commercial and Global marketing teams to define the target audiences, develop the comms positioning and contact strategy and deploy multi-channel, integrated campaigns, whilst having an eye on ways to constantly improve the end-to-end customer experience
Responsibilities will include:
- Create and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive adoption and preference of P2P products including, but not limited to, the company app and Send Money both domestically and internationally.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across owned channels (email, web, mobile), paid channels (display, search, social, video, TV, OOH, press, radio etc.), partner channels (merchants) and earned channels (PR & social).
- Understand and make recommendations on consumer experience and value proposition working closely with Product, Commercial, global marketing teams.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience gained in a position such as a Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mobile Marketing, App Marketing, Integrated Campaign Management, Senior Campaign Manager or similar.
- Experience to have included marketing strategy, digital marketing campaign management, agency management, budget/commercial management, presentation skills, team/stakeholder management.
- Results oriented; customer focused; creative flair and commercially minded, innovator; analytically savvy; team player; strong communicator/influencer; strong project management skills; a self-starter - proactive and adaptable work-style; able to get results in a fast-moving environment.
- Knowledge required: understanding of the payments industry and/or app marketing an advantage. Passion and experience for all things mobile and digital.
