DESCRIPTIONThe Marketing Specialist will be responsible for analysing existing and potential products, service and programs and their markets as well as measuring internal and external customer satisfaction. Position will provide an opportunity to gain research practice experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and/or predict market acceptance, customer satisfaction, change in customer perceived value, change in energy use, behavior.
- Develop and provide customer data sets to meet the needs of various company initiatives and requirements.
- Will work with Sr. Research Specialists and Principle Research Specialists who will provide direction on work projects.
Qualifications:
- Should have research and statistical background and experience preferably in market research or economic analysis.
- Must be willing to work a flexible yet specified part time schedule as this work is very date/time sensitive.
- Possesses strong people skills.
