Outsource are currently working with a Banking client in Buckinghamshire who are seeking a McAfee Support Engineer for a 7-8 month contract position which will be based working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on a project within the bank on Conversion of Symantec DLP for Email & Web infrastructure to McAfee with the then support of McAfee products migrated along with Endpoint & CASB.
- Ensuring availability of the existing service and the ability to deliver related projects and future implementations. To maintain the environment & look to keep it at the forefront of technology.
- Ensure 3rd Line support to end users & other technical colleagues.
- Liaise with 3rd Parties/Software Vendors when required.
- A team player being responsible for the DLP applications used.
- Produce the DLP KPIs & MI reporting.
- Ensuring process documentation & process guides are kept up to date in accordance with Audit & SOX controls.
Essential Skills Required:
- A sound knowledge of McAfee DLP products including CA
- Exposure to Symantec DLP products
- An understanding of the principals of Proxy Servers, Email Gateway technologies & endpoints.
- Experience with MS AD, LAN/WAN networks.
- Experience with DLP controls in Cloud services
- Desirable skills Powershell, Cloud, SQL, ServiceNow, Unix
