Description
As a Service Manager EUS you will make a large contribution in our ambition to deliver the best services to our customers. You are responsible for day-to-day service delivery management as well as managing the outsourcing partners and operating the business facing service aspects. Your scope will be the End User Computing and acting as first contactpoint for both the outsourcing partner (responsible for the infrastructure) and the internal organization. You work closely together with the Service Owner and other Service Managers.
This is a replacement request until end November with a possible extension until end December for 24 hours per week.
