Description
CIS have a new job for a Technical Analyst.
Job role includes:
- Configuration of a new company within the RBM software
- Review/modify the interfaces between Oracle EBS (ERP System) & the RBM billing application
- Review/modify custom components
- Configure/Migrate billing setup for the services/items
- Translate the requirements in product configuration
- Configure Billing System
- Modify custom components (if needed)
- Provide test results that can be validated within the project context by our business departments
Skills needed for this role are:
Familiar with billing domain (preferably telco billing)
Analytical skills
Experience in interaction with business departments
SQL (Oracle)
PLSQL
C programming language
Fluent English
Highly desirable:
Netcracker Rating & Billing Manager experience (former Names: Geneva/Infinys by Convergys)
Oracle eBusiness Suite understanding
