Healthcare organisation has an urgent requirement for a Membership Manager to help grow their members to 10,000 as part of a bid to become a foundation trust. As Membership Manager the focus will be on delivering the following key areas:
*Setting up a Membership Office
*Recruitment of members
*Working with an external agency to establish a Membership database
*Establishing governance arrangements for the Council of Governors
*Supporting development of the trust's Constitution
*Working in conjunction with the PR and Marketing Manager to develop and deliver a membership communications and involvement strategy
