The MES-ERP Consultant will be responsible for leading and participating in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES) implementation projects for company clients. The consultant will work closely with project teams and clients to understand business requirements, design efficient solutions and ensure successful system implementation.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and specific requirements related to MES and ERP.
Design MES-ERP solutions that meet customer needs and optimize operational efficiency.
Configure and customize ERP and MES systems according to client requirements.
Perform extensive system testing to ensure proper operation and data integrity.
Facilitate training sessions for end users on the use of the ERP-MES system.
Provide post-implementation support and resolve technical or functional problems.
Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of ERP and MES systems.
Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency between ERP systems and other business systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience implementing ERP and MES systems, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise resource planning and manufacturing execution principles and practices.
Experience in configuring and customizing ERP and MES systems, preferably on platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
Analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
Languages: Spanish / English (B1 sufficient) - only necessary for reading documents
