An excellent opportunity for an experienced MI Analyst to join an education company in the West MidlandsSupporting the design, development and test reports the MI Analyst will provide information to all business areas mainly focusing on the efficiency of the litigation team.
In summary the role will involve;
* Ensure standards and best practices are used in development
* Migrate reporting solutions between environments using standard change control processes and procedures
* Liaise with business teams to understand and document reporting requirements Produce and maintain project plans for the work in hand
* Convert business requirements into technical design specifications for reporting
* Design, develop, modify, and implement reports using SQL Server Reporting Services
* Perform data integrity and audit checks to ensure accuracy of reports
* Ensure quality assurance and required testing activities are performed
* Deliver ad-hoc extracts to support business requirements
* Identify opportunities for MI reporting improvements in the business areas
* Support of business process documentation as part of the delivery /development process
