(MI Developer/Data Analyst - 6 months - remote-Bootle - up to 275 per day)Our government client are looking for an MI Developer/Data Analyst to work remotely but with regular visits to their Bootle office.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing reports and KPI measurements using our application tracking system (Oleeo)
Setting up automated systems/dashboards to allow teams to review data
Using all available data from various outlets within the organisation to understand and recommend solutions to current business needs
Set up faster processes for vacancy approvals using Sharepoint
Creating surveys for new starters/employee exits and creating reporting tools to measure data
Working with Attraction Lead to improve data knowledge to help evaluate attraction strategies
Training team members to understand the value of data and MI in recruitment work
Essential Skills and Experience:
Functional experience of working within an organisation, designing reports and better ways of providing automated data.
Experience of working with Application Tracking Systems to generate reports and also designing
forms/reports/surveys using systems such as SharePoint
Worked within a similar capacity within a large organisation completing data analysis
