Description

*Philippines and UK split location when Covid restrictions are lifted. Initially working remotely*

This role is for a MS Dynamics expert with +4 full cycle implementations of Warehouse Management, and the requirement to work in cycles of up to 6 weeks on site (Philippines) and 2 weeks working remotely from home (UK or Europe).

We are a growing consultancy with an expanding list of blue chip clients. We are looking for energetic and motivated SME with strong leadership and business engagement experience to join our team to meet the immediate demand to work on location in Philippines and remotely. The role will provide expertise to adjust an existing MS WM implementation to interface with a SAP system being implemented, and planned for go-live in October 2020. The successful candidates will ensure all aspects of the solution is ready for day 1' after go-live.

The SME will be required to own' the implementation of the solution end-to-end, carrying out the necessary tasks, including but not limited to:

- Confirmation of requirements

- Gap analysis and troubleshooting

- Interface definition (where necessary) and verification

- System configuration

- Unit, System, Integration and User testing ownership

- Master data setup, management and verification

- Train the Trainer

- Go-live preparation, and assistance with cut-over

- Intensive care, troubleshooting and BAU monitoring during warranty phase

Essential attributes of the ideal candidates:

  • Ability to work 4 weeks at a time on site in the Philippines, with 2-3 weeks working remotely on Philippine Time when covid restrictions are lifted
  • The person should have a business process focus but with a strong understanding of the configuration and functional working of the MS Dynamics WareHouse Management
  • At least 4 full implementations
  • Business Process implementation and improvement
  • SIT and UAT experience, including plan preparation, including test platforms, scripts, etc
  • Cutover, End User Training Planning, Roles and Responsibility Mapping and Process Walk-through
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience and understanding of required Change Management and Impact Analysis for major SAP implementations

Highly Desirable

  • SAP integration
