Requirements
* Minimum of 5-7 years of overall IT experience
* Strong Experience with installing and supporting Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010
* Strong Experience with installing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server 2011
* Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2012
* Reasonable knowledge of using Microsoft Servers in a VMware environment
* Strong experience with Active Directory account administration and service
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows server 2008 R2 (and 2012 preferably)
* Ability to solve technical problems rapidly and independently
* Strong customer service skills
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Ability to teach, motivate and lead subordinates
* Willing to work non-standard business hours and join an on-call rotation
What we'd prefer
* Strong Experience with installing and supporting Microsoft BizTalk server 2010.
* Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server 2011 across two domains.
* Experience of establishing Group Policies
* Experience setting up trusts between domains.
* Good knowledge of Commvault Galaxy 8 backup.
* Strong experience in implementing and using Nagios and/or OpsView.
* Experience supporting Symposium contact centre environments.
* Familiarity with the TrackIT Help Desk system
