Montreal Associate's are currently conducting a search for one of our customers for a Microsoft Vista Service Update Support Technicians near Stockholm, Sweden. This is a Swedish and English speaking role till the end of Feb 2012. Would you be interested in such a role?
Microsoft Vista Service Update Support Technicians will need the following skills:
- End User Support.
- Microsoft Vista and Office 2007.
- Fluent Swedish.
- Fluent English.
As part of the upgrade process, the team will be providing 5 business days of end-user support following a user's upgrade. The local support team will be available during standard business hours to field calls pertaining to a user's upgrade. A support team technician will be expected to work with local support teams to field in-scope calls, resolve in-scope issues in a timely basis, track issue details in a ticketing system and work with the global Tier III team on complex technical issues.
