Description
The Military resourcing officer performs a cross cuttingrole across all departments and sites. The MRO is responsible for HR policy and management of all military staff from the three forces. The MRO provides the following contributions to the business plan. Ensures effective utilisation of military staff across the lab. Ensures strong relationships and reputation with all three appointing authorities, to include proactively seeking customer feedback and the marketing of benefits of a post to all three services. Providing strong career guidance, to include effective induction to maximise impact.

- To have held military rank no less than Lt Col
- Knowledge and experience of Military Career Management
