My high profile banking client requires a Mindset and Behaviours Trainer to work on a Transforming Change Programme, focused on changing how transformation deliver change. The people and capability team are a part of Transforming change which is focused on ensuring the division has the right capabilities in place to deliver which includes the recruitment of new permanent and contractor colleagues
Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Deliverables:
Develop the content for the mindsets and behaviours training
Own prep for training delivery
Deliver monthly training
Review feedback from training course to use to continually adapt and improve training
Seek to continually ensure training content is up-to-date with industry standards
Support recruitment and HR teams in ensuring mindsets is a part of the strategy and propositions
Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience required to do the role:
- Proven track record in delivering high quality training in systems thinking and growth mindset
- Professional coaching qualification
- Charismatic and engaging speaker
- Preferable to have experience outside of financial services and possibly with Tech companies or startups
Desirable Skills, Qualifications and Experience required to do the role:
Psychology degree desirable
