Our client, a leading provider of document workflow, imaging and business process automation solutions, is looking for a Mitel Technician for their Tampa, FL office. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Mitel telephony systems for their clients.
Required Skills:
- Mitel experience (Mitel 3300)
- Mitel troubleshooting
- Mitel install configuration
- Mitel administration and management
Preferred Skills:
- MICC Certification
- Shortel Training
- Avaya Training
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot methodically and efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, occasionally in urgent situations.
- Ability to communicate, interact and work effectively and cooperatively with people from diverse ethnic and educational backgrounds.
Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot incidents and perform service requests surrounding post implementation of voice and data infrastructures for 100+ different client environments.
- Responsible for remote troubleshooting, administration, management, integration, and implementation of customer telephony products and systems.
