Position Title: Mobile Broadband (MBB) Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and understanding telecom operators’ challenges and business strategy.
- Provide Market insight into the industry trend and competition affecting the telecom operator.
- Be responsible for creating a MBB Project Plan and team, planning resources, and undertaking concerned event management activities with the objective of creating an Executive level strategy event.
- Conduct strategic dialogue with clients’ C-level to better understand their business needs and identify opportunities for cooperation.
- Leveraging project management and knowledge management, the Candidate will lead the team in producing quality strategy event planning, execution and review.
- Build a professional strategy consulting team, and conduct necessary people management activities such as recruitment, staff mentoring, competency development, etc.
Qualifications/Skills required:
- Over 10 years of experience in Telecom/IT/Consulting with a least 5 years relevant experience in a business consulting, business intelligence, project management capacity
- In-depth knowledge of the telecommunications technology or service trend with specialization in at least two of the following areas: Telecom, Network Planning, Solution sales, Marketing.
- In-depth understanding of the Telco environment and strategic issues.
- At least 5 years’ of wireless network experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Mandarin (an advantage).
