You are expected to work alongside the Solutions / presales teams and the Business Architects and customer stake holders to understand , business and functional requirements around the Work Order /Service execution and Implementation of the FSM Mobility application for the Customer Business requirements.
Below are the key responsibility areas :
• Implement the FSM (Field Service Management) Mobility requirements, provide UAT (User Acceptance Testing, give demo, make customer aware how it works) support.
• Good technical knowledge on the mobility technology frameworks related to IOS and Android operating systems.
• Knowledge about mobile developing, both Android and iOS preferable in FMS.6
• Experience working for Nordic companies.
• Experience working with SAFe framework.
• Good team player, good in communicating, speaks up when obstacles occur, help is needed, things needs to be addressed etc.
• Location is secondary but working in CET time zone is needed.
Qualifications
Essential:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, Computer Engineering, or any related.
• Minimum 6+ years IT exp , with Field service domain products like Clicksoftware, IFS -FSM 6.0. Should have good exp as IFS FSM -Mobile Customization developer while knowing IFS product capabilities.
• Proficiency in programming languages, cross-platform development knowledge, and a strong understanding of UI/UX design. Additional advanced skills include mobile app security best practices, database management and optimization, integration of APIs & third party libraries.
• Experience in mobile web development using Swift, Kotlin, HTML, CSS, JavaScrip, Android Studio Knowledge and/or experience in Android / iOS development. Good understanding of UI/UX concepts for mobile devices. Good working experiences in C / C++ / C# / Java or other Object-oriented programming
• Good to have IFS Cloud exp.
• At least should have hands on with one end to end IFS FSM 6 implementation experience, as FSM Mobile – configuration and Customization
• Good understanding of service business processes in FSM.
• Good Understanding & work proficiency in Android Studio & Android File structure.
• Good Understanding & work proficiency in IOS VP Process.
• Understand the process flow of data through the Integration.

• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines and test automation of IFS FSM modules.
Primary Skills:
• Good experience in IFS FSM.
• Experience in Click software is a plus.
• Good understanding of Manufacturing domain -Mobile Synch rules.
• Experience in manufacturing Industry – Service center management domain
