Mobile & Desktop Service Support - Belgium

French & English speaking required

Required skills:

  • Client OS (iOS, Android, Mobile Device Mgt, Windows 7, Windows 8) MANDATORY
  • Maintaining licence compliance, documenting user requirements, initiating software installations, evaluating user request for optional software
  • Office Software Mgt
  • ITIL V3 Foundation MANDATORY

Description of the mission:

  • Candidate will be assigned tasks related to the Back Office Software Assets Management team with a focus on user's requests for additional software, documentin user requirements, initiating software installations, maintaining license compliance, security patches )
  • Management of a Mobile Device Management suite
  • Building and/or customising reference configurations for different devices (desktops, laptops, tablets), including developing and operating virtual desktops for specific user needs. ITIL V3 foundation certified. Proven Mobile Device Management experience.
