Position Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for all Marketing and Sales campaign execution, tracking and reporting across Entertainment Digital Ad Sales Research.
Responsibilities will include basic reporting and data analysis to assist ad sales team with client questions or requests, implementation and execution of custom asset measurement in Omniture, working with Marketing on sponsorship and promotions reports, creating campaign recap materials (PPT, Excel) and completing/distributing reports on site performance. The person in this role will also be responsible for building a benchmarking and norms database of all marketing and sponsorship initiatives across the prior year.
Position will work closely with greater ad sales and brand research teams on a day-to-day basis, and will report to the Ad Sales Research Director. Detailed understanding of digital analytics tools are a must (specifically Omniture, Comscore and Nielsen tools). Strong interpersonal skills, and experience managing internal clients are a must.
Qualifications:
Strong MS Office skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to balance multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills
Reporting must be clear, accurate and relevant
3+ years experience working with both internal and syndicated tracking solutions (Primarily but not exclusively Omniture)
Strong interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of cross-platform research (TV, Online and Mobile)
Interest in working closely with sales, marketing and sponsorships from an analytical perspective
Strategic thinker - Strong attention to detail - Experience designing and managing reports
