Functional Consultant: Microsoft Dynamics, D365, Dynamics365, ERP, F&O, Supply Chain, Italian/English
A world renowned pharmaceutical organisation with a site in Piedmont are seeing an MS Dynamics 365 (D365) Consultant to support the implementation of the MS Dynamics Project - Microsoft Dynamics D365 - ERP template to production sites in various locations.
The role is offering an excellent daily rate plus expenses.
This ERP template enhances already existing modules: Sales, Finance, and Procurement. In addition, the template will add new modules focusing on Supply Chain and Manufacturing: Master Planning (MRP), Product Lifecycle Management, Advanced Inventory Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, and Quality (release of raw materials).
He/she will need to spend a minimum of 30-50% onsite in Ivrea so must speak fluent English and Italian.
The implementation supporting activities include:
Support key users with process documentation (incl. process mapping, SOPs, and WIPs drafting) for supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, product life cycle management, and advance inventory warehouse management.
Supports key users with standardization of systems documentation and adapting training materials to site specifications.
Insurance that capability and knowledge for key users within the site is sustainable, perennial, and recyclable.
Improves the capabilities of site personnel on GxP systems documentation maintenance.
Supports the execution of testing protocols, test transcript migration into Proton, PQ testing in Proton (incl. Dry Runs), PQ testing/user acceptance testing.
Eliminates regulatory gaps in terms of GxP system documentation (new needs and maintenance are up to date).
Supports business and IT during the hypercare phase by clarifying systems' change requests by facilita-tion requirements gathering in coordination with the implementation team.
Capitalize on process standardization opportunities across sites in the use of the ERP when possible.
Anticipate systems' dependencies and ensure data communication exchange across systems' interfaces remains solid after enhancements.
Coordination of cutover activities with key users and IT such as master data cleansing, master data updates, and data migration plans in coordination with the implementation team.
Understand the types of data insights that can be extracted from the ERP that could improve decision making for Technical Operations (Supply Chain and Manufacturing).
