MS Dynamics Consultant SME - Insurance - CRM - Agile - MS Dynamics
Currently looking for a MS Dynamics Consultant SME to work with the IT Workstream Lead to agree approach, scope and deliverables.
Key Skills
* Analyse detailed business requirements and evaluate if these are ready to go into functional design
* Identify functions that need to be implemented on the system to implement the requirements
* Run functional design workshops to present/evolve functional design, gauge business acceptance of design and suitability to requirements
* Prepare pre- and post-workshop material
* Identify and evaluate (with support from CRM Solution Architect) CRM features that will form part of the solution
* Draft functional design documentation and supporting artefacts (eg configuration spreadsheets)
* Run FD review workshops. Refine, revise and secure agreement on FDs
* Ensure requirement traceability
* Support Build & Test teams on queries & clarifications
* Support requirement analysis and solution design
* Assist in the running of functional design workshops and in the preparation of pre- & post- workshop material
* Support in the evaluation of solutions (run/execute POCs, tests)
* Draft functional design documentation and supporting artefacts (eg configuration spreadsheets, requirement traceability Matrix etc.)
* Manage document versioning via SharePoint, follow-up on actions and decisions
