We have an exciting opening with a leading Global IT Consulting Organization for a "MS Exchange & Lync Support Engineer". It's an immediate hire and planning to close it ASAP.
Position Title: MS Exchange & Lync Support Engineer
Location of work: Madrid,Spain
Position Type: Contract
MS Exchange & Lync Support Engineer following experience & Skills/Knowledge:
- Excellent communication Skills (Spanish for onsite and English for Offshore)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Strong knowledge on MS Exchange 2007, Office 365 and Lync.
- Good hands on experience on Unified communications system that is integrated with Microsoft Office program system.
- Good troubleshooting skills on Mobile corporate email access and on premise Exchange solution.
- Install, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, administer, manage users and upgrade Microsoft Exchange including Exchange mail stores.
- Knowledge of windows registry, including knowledge of modifying system registry to support installed applications and document configuration changes.
- Good knowledge of the ITIL Framework.
- Should have knowledge and experience in performing root cause analysis (RCA).
- Coordinate with offshore team and support related resolution on high priority incidents/changes.
- Drive & coordinate for the Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Drive service improvement initiatives.
- The Support will be provided during Spain Business Hours between Monday - Friday.
