Project Goal: The goal of this project is to handle telephone qualification and activation of business leads generated through an online onboarding process on behalf of a client. Prospects are to be contacted promptly and professionally, their questions addressed, and they are to be guided through the remainder of the onboarding process.
Main Tasks:
- Contacting business leads generated through the online onboarding process via telephone
- Qualifying and activating prospects through professional phone communication
- Addressing any questions prospects may have
- Guiding prospects through the remaining steps of the onboarding process
Prerequisites:
- Native US English speaker
- Empathetic and professional communication skills
- Experience in telephone-based lead qualification or customer contact is implied by the nature of the role
Expected Results:
- Successful qualification and activation of business leads
- High conversion rate through professional and empathetic initial contact with high-quality business leads
