The Role
The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services and broad experience across a range of consumer/customer related roles.
Experience in the following would be an advantage:
- Customer experience
- Customer journey
- TCF
- Consumer services
- Legal services
- Compliance advisory
- Conduct
- B2B and B2C experience
This is a senior role and looking for candidates wit exceptional advisory experience, able to work with and present at board level.
The role will be run as and NED/ad hoc position and the business is happy with candidates based anywhere in the UK. There may be some travel required but also scope to work remotely.
